Every Open AIav product line is for users aged 18 or above. The platform includes adult content generation; minors are prohibited from accessing or using it.

Age confirmation is completed at registration and recorded on the account against a published policy version; sessions can be revoked at any time. Public pages open without confirmation.

Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, including content stylised to appear underage — zero tolerance, resulting in an immediate ban and a report to the authorities where required by law;

Pornographic or misleading content made from a real person's likeness without that person's consent;

Any content that breaks applicable law, including but not limited to threats of violence, terrorism, and infringement of intellectual property.

Reference material you upload must be declared as synthetic content containing no real person, and must be owned by you or licensed to you.

Material depicting a real person requires that person's consent. If you cannot evidence consent, do not upload it.

Every work page states that the content is AI-generated. The platform adds this label; it is not a setting a creator can switch off.

Results stay in your private library by default. Whether to publish, and in what form, is your decision alone.

We enforce this policy by automated and human means. Violating content is removed; serious or repeated violations end the account without refund of credits; unlawful content is handled in cooperation with law enforcement.
